The new brand for accommodation and real estate in the Algarve

At Ideias Frescas # Web + Design Studios, we had the pleasure of developing the visual identity for Seareen, a new brand operating in the areas of Local Accommodation and Real Estate, with presence in Vilamoura, Albufeira, and Armação de Pêra.

The challenge was to create a minimalist, elegant, and serene brand that reflected the values of the sea ("Sea") and tranquility ("Serene"), incorporating natural tones such as gold, beige, and wood – the predominant colors in the apartment interiors.

The logo combines sophistication and simplicity, with a fluid and organic icon that evokes the movement of the waves, designed also for embroidered applications (such as on towels and fabrics), ensuring versatility and refinement.

The brand is especially aimed at the international market, with listings on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking, and includes a portfolio of properties both owned and managed for clients.

This is yet another project where design merges with the brand’s identity and values, creating a solid foundation to communicate elegance, trust, and authenticity in the accommodation and real estate market.
